If you find that the item is not for you then please contact us immediately and we can advise you what to do.
If the item is to be exchanged, then enter all the details of your new requirements on the returns form (you will find this at the back of your delivery note).
It is your responsibility for the cost of the return and any exchanges.
However, if your order is faulty or damaged on delivery, then of course a full refund will be made. For this, you must call us immediately upon delivery to allow us to make a claim with our delivery service. You must in this instance contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging for inspection.
